The 50th Ordinary Congress of the Confederación Autónoma de Trabajadores y Empleados de México (CATEM), chaired by Pedro Haces Barba, was held at the Arena in Mexico City.
It is important to note that CATEM represents 1,192 unions from various sectors across the country.
The congress was attended by over 22,000 people, including governors, ambassadors, officials from the Ministry of Labor, business leaders, and Claudia Sheinbaum as a special guest and virtual presidential candidate.
